AU President
Allan 'Bermuda' Steynor
Allan is here for all that is sport at the University. He provides the strategic direction of the AU and is your main representative for student sport. He also has responsibility for the allocation of the AU grant and oversees the running of all our AU clubs.
This year Allan will be focusing on the development of sports clubs and raising the profile of the AU in Southampton. Working with the whole AU team he aims to offer everyone the chance to participate and enjoy sport as well as to continue to move the AU forward.

AU Officer
Will Harvey
Will is a student volunteer that is here to represent the AU Clubs interests at the University and works very closely with the AU president to assist in the running of the AU Clubs. He will also have a large role in the organization of the AU Awards Evening.
This year Will aims to increase student involvement in the AU and will help to constantly raise awareness of what is happening in the AU. He feels that we have the unique oppurtunity to be a leading sports university in all areas including participation, performance and sports volunteering.

AU Admin
Kim Clark
Kim is responsible for the administration of all AU matters including Insurance, Budget enquiries, Claims, Health and Safety, First aid cover and Equipment. Kim has a lot of involvement with BUCS, attending their conferences and divisional meetings and also with SASA - the Student Safety organisation. Kim attends AU Meetings to advise on various matters. She also helps Jackie with the 'special' top drawer filing that Jackie is so fond of!!

AU Admin Assistant
Jackie Coole
Jackie organises the weekly fixtures, Jackie also deals with the allocation of the Union's Minibuses. She assists with the processing of claims and helping with the administration of all Athletic Union matters, including the AU Colours Ball, Varsity matches and Walkabout cup. Jackie attends all the AU Meetings to take minutes and distribute these to the AU committee members. She is quiet & shy and very put upon! She also has acquired a strange love for filing!
